These terms cover your use of oolf.com, the website of One & Only ("One & Only," "OOLF," "we," "us"). Using the site means you're okay with what follows. If a formal agreement covers your event, that agreement, not this page, governs the work we do for you.
What this site is
oolf.com is an informational site: our services, venue and area guides, and a resource library about planning celebrations. The guides and articles are general information, written to be genuinely useful, but they aren't professional, legal, or financial advice for your specific event. Prices, availability, and details change, so treat anything here as a starting point, not a quote.
Inquiries and proposals
Sending an inquiry doesn't create a contract or hold a date. We plan and produce events under a separate written agreement that spells out scope, timeline, and investment. Nothing on this site is an offer or a guarantee of availability.
Our content
The writing, design, photography, and marks on this site belong to One & Only or are used with permission. You're welcome to read, share links, and reference our work. You may not copy, republish, or use our content commercially without our written okay.
Your submissions
When you send us details or materials through the site, you confirm they're yours to share and that we can use them to respond to you and plan your event. Please don't send anything unlawful or that isn't yours to send.
Links out
We sometimes link to venues, vendors, and other sites we think are helpful. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
The site as-is
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as-is. We're not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the site itself. This doesn't limit anything we owe you under a signed event agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
