One & Only ("One & Only," "OOLF," "we," "us") plans and produces private and corporate celebrations across the San Francisco Bay Area. This policy explains what we collect through oolf.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain on purpose.
What we collect
When you send an inquiry, we collect what you give us: your name, email, phone if you share it, and the details of your event (type, date, location, guest count, budget range, traditions, and anything you tell us about your vision). We collect this only because we need it to reply and plan well.
Like most websites, we also collect basic technical information automatically, such as your general location, browser, and which pages you viewed. This helps us understand what's useful and keep the site working.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, plan and produce your event, and stay in touch about it. We may use aggregate, non-identifying site data to improve the site. That's the whole list. We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it for anyone else's advertising.
Who sees it
Your details stay within our studio and the vendors and venues we bring onto your event, and only the parts they need to do their work (a caterer needs your headcount and dietary needs, not your budget conversations). We use standard service providers to run the site and our email, and they process data only on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and client information as long as we're working together and for a reasonable period after, so we can honor warranties, handle followups, and meet our record-keeping obligations. When it's no longer needed, we remove it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you're a California resident, you have the right to know, to delete, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We don't sell personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of on that front. To make any request, email hello@oolf.com and we'll take care of it.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies and similar tools needed to function and to understand general traffic. You can block cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.
Children
The site is meant for adults planning events. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. Material changes will be clear.
