Is This You
You want a holiday party that isn't a chore to attend.
The company holiday party has a bad reputation for a reason: the same hotel ballroom, the same buffet, the same evening the team quietly endures. It does not have to be the thing everyone dreads.
We plan year-end celebrations that feel considered and generous, designed to your company and run end to end, so the team actually enjoys it and you never touch a detail.
- You want it to feel considered, not obligatory.
- You want one team to own the whole thing.
- You want it on-brand and appropriate for the company.
- You would rather enjoy it than run it.

The Difference
Hospitality, brought to the office party.
Karina spent years in luxury hotel hospitality, where the difference between a good event and a forgettable one is in the details guests never see.
That is what we bring to your holiday party: a night that feels looked after, on brand, and genuinely enjoyable, with one point of contact and nothing left to chance.
Plan Your Party →Kind Words
What our clients say.
We did not want another company holiday party where everyone shows up, eats dinner, and leaves. Eric and Karina helped us create something people actually enjoyed.
Lauren Davis
I was responsible for the party, but I never felt like I was running it. Karina handled the venue, vendors, timeline, and event-day details, while Eric helped keep the project organized from start to finish.
Jason Lee
The event felt polished and on-brand without becoming formal or stiff. Eric and Karina understood what we wanted the team to experience and handled everything needed to make that happen.

How It Works
Simple from the first hello.
01
Inquire
Tell us the celebration you have in mind, your guest count, and what matters most.
02
Consult
We listen for the feeling you want, then talk through scope, vision, and budget together.
03
Design
We shape the plan, the design, and the sourcing, and send one clear, itemized proposal.
04
Event day
You are a guest at your own celebration. We run every moving piece behind the scenes.
Good To Know
Corporate holiday questions, answered.
How far ahead should we book?
December books early, so the sooner the better. That said, we take on shorter timelines when the scope fits, so ask us regardless of the date.
Can you do it at our office or a venue?
Either. We transform an office space or source and run a venue, whichever suits the party and the headcount.
What headcounts do you handle?
From an intimate team dinner to a several-hundred-person company party. We scale the plan and the production to the group.
Do you invoice a company?
Yes. We work with companies and provide clear, itemized proposals and invoicing that suit how your organization handles vendors.
Can you keep it on-brand and appropriate?
Absolutely. We design to your company's tone and brand, so it feels right for the team and represents the organization well.
